- The server discovery feature is provided as a space to promote or discover Discord servers. If a server is found to be inappropriate or in violation of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, we will immediately remove it from the platform.
- For our Cloud services, if a server is used inappropriately or in violation of our Terms of Service, we will suspend the service immediately.
Data Access (Discord)
- We will access your data when you use our services.
- When logging into the web dashboard, the website will request access to your Username, ID, and the servers you have joined, as well as verify your permissions for managing those servers, to grant access to bot configuration.
- When the bot is in a server, it will store server data to enable functionality and prevent rate-limiting from the Discord API.
- The bot will not store any member messages.
Data Collection (Discord & Cloud)
- We will collect your data when you visit our website and when you use our services.
- The bot will only store messages in the AI-Talk Channel to improve our AI system.
- Other than the bot's data collection, we will not store any user data.
- The Cloud system will store data such as IP Address, email, name, and phone number.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- We do not guarantee the bot’s uptime since users are not charged any fees, as we cover all expenses. There may be incidents such as power outages, network instability, or bot offline periods.
- Bot maintenance may or may not be announced in advance, depending on the situation and our discretion.
- We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
